This Lodge Supportive Living facility was built in 1986 and provided 43 units. In 2000 an addition of 7 units was completed, bringing the unit total to 50.

Applications are assessed based on need, those greatest in need being placed in available units first.

Eligibility Criteria
- Individuals must be 65 years of age or older (Couples are eligible if at least one of them meets the age criteria)
- All individuals must be Canadian Citizens or have landed immigrant status
- All individuals must be functionally independent (Medical services provided by Home Care).
Rates
| All rooms are $945.54 per person per month. |
To protect lower-income residents, the Foundation ensures that each resident 65 years of age or older is left with at least $265 a month in disposable (after tax) income to spend on personal needs after paying their monthly basic lodge rate. |
