This Lodge Supportive Living facility was built in 1960 and provided 40 units. In 1998 the first addition was completed providing 11 more units. In 2003 a two-storey addition was completed adding 32 units (6 of which are large couples rooms). Then in 2008 another two-storey addition was completed adding a further 30 units. Today this facility offers 113 units in total.

Eligibility Criteria
- Individuals must be 65 years of age or older (Couples are eligible if at least one of them meets the age criteria)
- All individuals must be Canadian Citizens or have landed immigrant status
- All individuals must be functionally independent (Medical services provided by Home Care).

To protect lower-income residents, the Foundation ensures that each resident 65 years of age or older is left with at least $265 a month in disposable (after tax) income to spend on personal needs after paying their monthly basic lodge rate. |
